Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualifying examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects.Must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for General / OBC / EWS category. Minimum 40% for SC/ST category. Minimum 45% for General-PwD category — as per Dental Council of India (DCI) and NMC norms.Must have completed at least 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit as per the NMC circular dated March 9, 2022.Must be a citizen of India. Foreign nationals must additionally hold a No Objection Certificate from the Government of India, an Eligibility Certificate from Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University, Raipur, a Police Permission Certificate from IG/DIG, Chhattisgarh, and a valid Student Visa.Must qualify NEET UG conducted by NTA and secure the minimum qualifying percentile: 50th percentile for General/EWS; 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC; 45th percentile for General-PwD. Simply qualifying NEET does not guarantee admission — final allotment depends on rank, category, and seat availability in counselling rounds.
