Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad

IIT Palakkad currently operates from its permanent 500-acre campus situated at the foothills of the Sahyadri range in Kanjikode. The campus is divided into the Nila and Sahyadri sectors, featuring state-of-the-art academic blocks, advanced research laboratories, and modern residential facilities. As of 2025, the institute hosts approximately 1,000 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, with a vision to expand its capacity to 5,000 students by 2030.
