Admission Process Flow

Admissions to IIT Palakkad are strictly merit-based and conducted through national-level entrance examinations. For the B.Tech program, candidates must qualify for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced, with seat allocation managed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Admission to M.Tech programs requires a valid GATE score followed by COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) counseling. M.Sc. admissions are based on IIT-JAM scores through the CCMN process. General Eligibility Criteria

For M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) and a valid GATE score is required.
