Admission Process Flow

The admission process at NHDCRI is strictly merit-based and governed by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Raipur. For the BDS program, candidates must qualify for the NEET UG entrance exam. For MDS programs, qualification in NEET MDS is mandatory. Following the entrance results, candidates must register for the state-level counseling conducted by DME Chhattisgarh. Seats are allotted based on NEET scores, category reservations, and preferences during the counseling rounds. Once a seat is allotted, candidates must undergo document verification and complete the fee payment at the institute to confirm admission.

General Eligibility Criteria

For the BDS program, applicants must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and be at least 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. For the MDS program, candidates must possess a BDS degree from a DCI-recognized institution and have completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship by March 31st of the admission year. A valid NEET MDS score is required for all PG applicants.
