Admission Process Flow
Admissions to B.Tech programs are conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main followed by JoSAA/CSAB counseling. For M.Tech programs, candidates must qualify for GATE and apply via CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech). M.Sc admissions are based on IIT-JAM scores through CCMN counseling. Ph.D. admissions involve a screening process consisting of a written test followed by a personal interview conducted by the respective departments.
General Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing a minimum of 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Engineering/Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. M.Sc: A Bachelor's degree in Science with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST).
