Admission Process Flow
Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs is strictly merit-based. For MBBS and BDS, candidates must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). For MD, MS, and MDS programs, qualification in NEET-PG and NEET-MDS is mandatory. The counseling process is conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for 15% All India Quota seats and by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, for 85% State Quota seats. Super-specialty admissions (DM/M.Ch) are conducted through NEET-SS.
General Eligibility Criteria
UG Courses (MBBS/BDS): Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC). The minimum age must be 17 years by December 31st of the admission year. PG Courses (MD/MS/MDS): Candidates must possess a recognized MBBS or BDS degree and have completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship. Admission is subject to a valid NEET-PG/MDS scorecard.
