Admission Guidelines
Admission to all programs at GDC Mumbai is strictly merit-based and conducted through centralized counseling processes.
- BDS Admission: Candidates must qualify for the NEET-UG entrance exam. Eligibility requires 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with at least 50% marks (40% for reserved categories).
- MDS Admission: Candidates must possess a BDS degree and qualify for the NEET-MDS exam.
- Counseling: Seats are filled through the All India Quota (15% for BDS, 50% for MDS) via MCC and the State Quota (85% for BDS, 50% for MDS) via the Maharashtra State CET Cell.
- Internship: A compulsory one-year rotatory internship must be completed after the 4-year BDS academic course for the degree to be awarded.
