Admission Process Flow
Admission to the dental programs is conducted through a centralized process. For undergraduate (BDS) and postgraduate (MDS) courses, candidates must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG and NEET MDS, respectively). Following the release of results, students must register for the All India Quota (AIQ) counseling organized by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Seat allocation is based on the NEET rank, category, and preferences submitted by the candidate during the counseling rounds.
General Eligibility Criteria
For BDS: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) and must be NEET-UG qualified. For MDS: Applicants must hold a BDS degree from a university recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and have completed their mandatory rotatory internship. Qualifying the NEET-MDS entrance exam is a prerequisite.
