General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Computer Science, securing at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). For M.Tech: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks and a valid GATE or CGET score. For MBA: Graduation in any discipline with 50% aggregate and valid CAT, MAT, XAT, or ATMA scores. Lateral Entry into B.Tech requires a 3-year Diploma with minimum 45% marks.
