Admission Process Flow
Admissions at Chitkara University are primarily merit-based. For B.E. and B.Tech programs, the selection is based on JEE Main scores followed by a counseling process. For programs like B.Arch, NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 scores are required. Management admissions (MBA) consider scores from CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or NMAT, followed by a personal interview and group discussion. Candidates for other undergraduate courses like BBA, BCA, and B.Com are selected based on their 12th-grade marks. General Eligibility Criteria
For B.E./B.Tech: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). A valid JEE Main score is a prerequisite. For MBA: A graduation degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks is required, along with a valid score in national-level entrance tests. For Pharmacy (B.Pharm): 10+2 with at least 50% in PCB or PCM. For PhD programs: A Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 55% marks and qualification in the university's entrance test or UGC-NET/GATE.
