Admission Process Flow
Admission to undergraduate (BDS) and postgraduate (MDS) programs is strictly merit-based and conducted through national-level entrance examinations. Candidates must qualify for NEET UG (for BDS) or NEET MDS (for MDS). Following qualification, candidates must participate in the centralized counseling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for Deemed Universities. For Fellowship and PhD programs, the institute conducts its own entrance examinations and interviews.
General Eligibility Criteria
For BDS: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) and must have qualified for NEET UG. For MDS: Candidates must possess a BDS degree from a DCI-recognized institution and a permanent registration with the State Dental Council, alongside a valid NEET MDS score. For PhD: A Master's degree in Dental Surgery (MDS) with at least 55% marks is required.
