Admission Process

Admission is strictly based on NEET UG score as per the directions of the Dental Council of India (DCI) and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The counselling for all 100 seats is conducted by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGMET), Uttar Pradesh at upneet.gov.in, since all private dental college seats in UP fall under 100% state quota — there is no NRI quota. UP NEET counselling is conducted in up to 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round, and a Stray Vacancy Round at the institution level. Candidates must register online on the DGMET UP portal, pay a security fee of ₹1,000 (General/OBC/EWS) or ₹500 (SC/ST/PwD), complete physical document verification at designated nodal centres, fill and lock college preferences, and await the seat allotment result. Final allotment is published on the DGMET portal based on NEET rank, reservation category, and seat availability. If allotted PIDS, the candidate must report to the institute within the stipulated date with the original allotment letter and all original documents to secure admission and pay the prescribed fee. The NEET UG 2025 UP-state General category closing rank for PIDS was approximately 6,03,351 in Round 4 (Special Stray Vacancy), and 7,57,138 in 2024 Round 4 — reflecting the relatively accessible cutoff for this dental college. Students from any Indian state are eligible to apply for private medical/dental colleges in UP; no domicile/state restriction applies. No caste-based reservation is applicable in private colleges in UP for the counselling process; however, EWS 10% reservation applies in specified government dental colleges.
