Admission Process Flow
Admissions to the B.Tech program are strictly based on the All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Main, followed by counseling through JoSAA and CSAB. For M.Tech, candidates must have a valid GATE score and participate in CCMT counseling. Admission to the M.Sc program is conducted via IIT JAM scores through the CCMN portal. MBA admissions are determined by CAT, MAT, or CMAT scores, followed by Group Discussions and Personal Interviews. Ph.D. admissions involve an entrance examination and interview conducted directly by the institute's respective departments.
General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects, securing at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or being in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA and a valid GATE score. For MBA: A Bachelor's degree with 60% marks and a valid score in a national-level management entrance test.
