About Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences
Established in 1983 as the dental wing of Maulana Azad Medical College, it became an independent institute in 2003 and was renamed MAIDS in 2006. The institute is the first dental college in India to be accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH). It features a state-of-the-art 9-story building equipped with over 250 modern dental chairs and specialized departments for research and clinical practice.
