IIT Hyderabad provides unique apartment-style hostels with radiant cooling technology to combat the Telangana heat. Most students are provided with single-occupancy rooms equipped with a bed, study table, and cupboard. There are 23 hostel buildings, including 6 dedicated exclusively to female students.
