Admission Process Flow
The admission process for B.Tech programs is highly competitive and conducted through JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced. Candidates must qualify for the JEE Advanced cutoff and participate in JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) or CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) counseling for seat allotment. For M.Tech, admissions are based on GATE scores through the COAP portal. MBA admissions require a valid CAT score followed by personal interviews. M.Sc. programs utilize the IIT JAM entrance exam.
General Eligibility Criteria
For B.Tech: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. A minimum of 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD) or being in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards is mandatory. For M.Tech: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA and a valid GATE score. For MBA: A graduate degree with 60% marks and a valid CAT score.
