Admission Process Flow

Admission to GDCH Nagpur is strictly merit-based and conducted through national-level entrance examinations. For the BDS program, candidates must qualify for the NEET-UG exam. For the MDS program, qualification in NEET-MDS is mandatory. The counseling process for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), while the 85% State Quota seats are filled through the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. Candidates must participate in several rounds of counseling, followed by document verification and medical fitness tests at the college.

General Eligibility Criteria

For BDS: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC). The candidate must be at least 17 years old by December 31st of the admission year. For MDS: Candidates must possess a BDS degree from a DCI-recognized institute and must have completed a one-year compulsory rotatory internship by the specified cutoff date. A valid NEET-MDS scorecard is essential.
