Admission Process Flow

Admission to GDCRI Bangalore is strictly based on national-level entrance examinations. For the BDS program, candidates must qualify for the NEET UG exam and participate in the counseling conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for state quota (85%) and the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for the All India Quota (15%). For MDS, admission is through the NEET MDS entrance exam followed by KEA/MCC counseling rounds. Candidates must register on the respective counseling portals after the declaration of NEET results.

General Eligibility Criteria

For BDS: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects, obtaining a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC). The minimum age must be 17 years by December 31 of the admission year. For MDS: Applicants must possess a recognized BDS degree from a DCI-approved college and must have completed a one-year compulsory rotating internship. Qualification in NEET MDS is mandatory.
