B.Sc. in Respiratory Therapy

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects, along with English.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB for General/OBC/EWS category (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Must be at least 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission.
• Admission is based on Y-ENTRANCE score (60%) and Class 12 aggregate (40%). NEET UG is not required.

Admission is based on Y-ENTRANCE score and Class 12 merit through YSAHS. Candidates register on admissions.yenepoya.edu.in, appear for Y-ENTRANCE, and participate in counselling. The program covers mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, pulmonary function testing, aerosol therapy, and respiratory care in ICU settings. Clinical training is at the Pulmonology and ICU departments of Yenepoya Medical College Hospital. NEET UG is not required.
