M.Tech in Civil Engineering

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Valid GATE score in CE (Civil Engineering) paper.
• IIT B.Tech CPI ≥ 8.0 eligible without GATE.

Admission Process

• Qualify GATE CE.
• COAP registration and offer acceptance.
• Department may conduct interview for research-oriented specializations (e.g., Structural Engineering, Geotechnical).
• Reporting: Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Roorkee.
