Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics as core subjects along with English.
  • Must have secured a minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB/PCM for General/OBC/EWS category (45% for SC/ST/PwD).
  • Must have completed at least 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission.
  • Must be a citizen of India.
  • Admission is merit-based on Class 12 scores. NEET UG is not required for D.Pharm.

Admission Process

Admission to D.Pharm at Kalka Pharmacy Institute for Advanced Studies is merit-based on Class 12 PCB/PCM scores. Candidates apply through the KGI admissions portal, submit required documents, and a merit list is published. Shortlisted candidates must report for document verification and pay fees to confirm admission. D.Pharm is a diploma-level pharmacy program approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated to ABVMU/AKTU Lucknow. D.Pharm graduates are eligible for pharmacist registration with the State Pharmacy Council and can work in retail pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies. D.Pharm holders can also pursue B.Pharm through the lateral entry route. NEET UG is not required. Hostel facility is available at Rs. 95,000 per year.
