CEG, Rajasthan conducts the Rajasthan B.Tech Admission Process, commonly referred to as REAP for admissions into B.Tech courses of the participating institutes. The REAP 2023 form is predicted to be released within the second week of July. Those candidates having passed class 12 or equivalent examination are eligible for REAP alongside those that have a diploma in engineering and technology. there’s no separate entrance exam for Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process and admissions are made on a merit basis. The authorities shall conduct three rounds of counseling for registered candidates and allotment of seats shall be done consistent with the merit list released by the authorities. Candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan also as those of other states can apply
REAP Counseling Process
Registration
The counseling process of REAP 2023 will be organized by the board after the selection of the candidates on the merit list. The counseling process will be conducted in various segments. The complete schedule and procedure of counseling will be released on the website.
Choice Filling & Locking
For the counseling process, candidates at the start of the application procedure will be required to fill in choices. The last date of choice filling will be till the fourth week of June for B.Tech and the fourth week of July 2023 for B.Arch. Students will have to make choices by filling the streams and institutions to which they want admission.
An online option form will be filled out and submitted by the candidates. After making the choices candidates will have to lock the choices.
Seat Allotment
In the order of merit and as per the choices locked by the candidates, seats will be allocated. The seat Allotment process will be also done based on merit obtained, choices locked, and availability of seats. Candidates will have to download the allotment letter online through the website and report it at the respective institution.
Reporting and verification of Documents
After the seat allotment is successful, candidates will have to report individually at the allotted centers. Candidates must report as per the date and time allotted to the candidates.
At the reporting institution, candidates will have to carry their required documents for the document verification process.
REAP 2023 Counselling process will consist of choice filling, seat allotment, and document verification of the candidates. After the first round of counseling, a special round will be organized for the admission of special priority candidates.
