- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or equivalent with 60% marks.
- Valid GATE score in EC (Electronics and Communication Engineering).
- GATE score validity: 3 years from date of result.
Admission Process
Admission via CCMT
- Obtain valid GATE EC score.
- Register on CCMT website, fill choices (IIT Delhi - M.Tech Communication Engineering).
- Seat allotment rounds. Accept and report to IIT Delhi.
- Submit self-attested copies of degree certificates, GATE scorecard, category proofs.
- Pay semester fee online.
