B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.
• Minimum 75% aggregate marks in PCM for General/OBC/EWS category (65% for SC/ST/PwD) OR be in the top 20 percentile of their respective board.
• Must qualify JEE Advanced 2026.
• Admission is through JoSAA counselling based on JEE Advanced rank.
• Age limit: Born on or after October 1, 2000 (5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD).

Fee Structure Breakdown

• Total tuition fee for 4-year B.Tech program: Rs. 8.00 Lakhs.
• Yearly tuition fee: Rs. 2.00 Lakhs.
• Semester-wise tuition: Rs. 1,00,000 – Rs. 1,20,000 per semester.
• Hostel and mess charges: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 28,000 per semester (approx. Rs. 51,000 per year).

Admission Process

• Step 1: JEE Main: Candidates must first appear for JEE Main and qualify for JEE Advanced.
• Step 2: JEE Advanced: Candidates who qualify JEE Main must appear for JEE Advanced 2026 (exam scheduled for May 17, 2026).
• Step 3: JoSAA Counselling: Qualified candidates must register on the JoSAA portal (josaa.nic.in), fill in their course and college preferences, and participate in multiple rounds of counselling.
• Step 4: Seat Allotment & Reporting: Upon seat allotment, candidates must report to the institute for document verification and fee payment.
