Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Minimum 70% aggregate marks in Class XII (for five subjects) and 70% in Mathematics.
For JAC Delhi route: Must have a valid score in JEE Main.
For IIIT Delhi Admission Process route: Must have a valid UCEED rank and schooling from a school located in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.

Fee Structure Breakdown
Total tuition fee for 4-year B.Tech course: Rs. 19.55 Lakhs.
Total academic fee (including caution deposit and other fees): Rs. 19.67 Lakhs.
Year 1 tuition fee: Rs. 4.62 Lakhs. Subsequent years' fees are consistent with the annual breakdown.
Hostel fee: Rs. 4.04 Lakhs for the entire duration.

Admission Process
Admission is through two routes: (1) JAC Delhi counselling based on JEE Main rank, and (2) IIIT Delhi Admission Process using UCEED rank (only for Delhi candidates).
Candidates must register for the appropriate counselling process, fill in course preferences, and participate in seat allotment rounds.
Post-Selection Reporting
Upon selection, candidates must report to the campus for document verification and fee payment.
