Register on the MCC portal after NEET UG results, pay the non-refundable counselling registration fee of Rs. 1,500 for General/OBC/EWS or Rs. 1,000 for SC/ST/PwD, pay a refundable security deposit of Rs. 2,00,000 (General/OBC/EWS) or Rs. 50,000 (SC/ST/PwD), upload required documents, fill and lock preferences including GDC Kozhikode, and participate in counselling rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. Step 3 - Kerala State Quota Counselling (85% seats - approximately 42 seats): The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, conducts the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) for state quota BDS seats through the Single Window System (SWS) at cee.kerala.gov.in. Kerala nativity or domicile is required for state quota seats. Candidates who appeared in KEAM 2025 and are in the rank list can register for options online through the CEE portal. Allotment is based on NEET UG scores, CEE rank lists, and Kerala reservation criteria. Kerala reservation norms: SC 8%, ST 2%, OBC (SEBC - including Ezhava 3%, Muslim 2%, LC 1%, BC 1%, B xian 1%, Kudumbi 1%) 9% internal reservation within SEBC, EWS 10%, and other applicable categories. Step 4 - Post-Allotment Reporting at GDC Kozhikode: Candidates allotted GDC Kozhikode BDS through MCC AIQ or CEE Kerala must report to Government Dental College, Dental College Road, Government Medical College Campus, Kozhikode, Kerala - 673008, within the stipulated date in the allotment letter.
